    Tempe Festival of the Arts

    This weekend is the 37th spring version of the biannual Tempe Festival of the Arts. As many as 400 artist booths will be featured. The weekends event will include food, live entertainment and street performers.

    Arizona Bike Week

    It’s that time of the year for Arizona Bike Week.  This 10-day event will include concerts, events, charity rides.  Pre-rally is from March 28 through April 1st and CycleFest will run from April 2 through April 6.  CycleFest will feature entertainment everyday such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, ZZ Top and Big & Rich.

    Goodyear Lakeside Music Fest

    Free music festival will be at Lakeside at Estrella this weekend.  This event will feature seven diverse bands performing music such as Big Band, Jazz, Blues, Country and much more.  This Free event will be enjoyable for the whole family

    Salsa Festival

    The Salsa Festival will take place this weekend.  The grand prize winner will take home $1,000.  Activities include live entertainment, kids activities and food and drink vendors.

    McDowell Mountain Music Festival

    The Festival will be held all weekend long.  Sunday’s bill will feature Ben Harper with Charlie Musselwhite and country great Dwight Yoakam.

    Anthem Days

    Anthem will celebrate their 15th year this weekend.  Events include a business expo, carnival, egg hunt, craft vendors, live music and much more.  A food court, beer garden and kids zone will be available.

    Details:  10am-4pm.  Anthem Community Park, 41703 N Gavilan Peak Parkway.  Free event.  Various prices for carnival.
