    West Valley Splash Pads and Water Parks:

    Buckeye Aquatics Center

    The center includes a zero-depth pool and two fountain-play areas. Facilities include diving boards and a 160-foot slide.

    Gateway Park

    The splash area here includes pop-up jet fountains, multicolored lights at night. The park also has a shaded playground, skate park, concessions and a dog park. The splash pad is open from May to October.

    Fountain Park at Westgate Entertainment District

    The fountain has 24 randomly activated water columns that shoot water up to 4 feet in the air. At night, 48 colored LEDs light up the water.

    Glendale Heroes Regional Park

    The 10,000-square-foot splash area includes dump buckets, spray hoops, surface-jet sprays and spray frogs. There’s a dry, shaded area for adults.

    Rose Lane Aquatics Center

    In addition to the splash pad, the center features a slide and a pool with a diving well and two boards.

    Foothills Recreation and Aquatics Center

    The zero-depth leisure pool has spray features. Also slides, an aquatic playground, a lazy river, diving well and diving boards.

    Goodyear Community Park

    Colorful water arches, drop buckets and water cannons are featured at this splash pad. It is open from the third Monday in April through third Monday in October.

    Pioneer Park

    The splash area includes water guns and a bucket that drops 300 gallons of water.

    Rio Vista Community Park

    The 2,000-square-foot park features a spraying turtle, water cannons, directional water jets, large ground sprays and mist. Other park amenities include an urban lake, a skate park, a playground and more.
