SHOWING AGENT

    We are The Garcia Group and we’re actively seeking a showing agent to join our top producing team. We are looking for one highly motivated and committed Real Estate Professional to assist our Sales Associates with the showing of homes as well as researching interested areas and interact with clients and service providers. Fresh out of real estate school or seasoned agents are welcome to apply! We have a proven history of success in the area and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

    Requirements:

    • Must have an active real estate license
    • Must be committed and motivated to your own success
    • Must work well in a team environment
    • Attendance, if required, on scheduled coaching/conference calls and complete required homework assignments
    • Participate in team activities, events, and meetings
    • Bilingual preferred, but not necessary

    Description of Job Duties:

    • This position is a key component for assisting the sales team for the Garcia Group. You will work closely with the Sales Agents to make sure all Garcia Group clients needs are attended to
    • Perform assigned duties in a professional, pleasant and efficient manner
    • Daily check in with sales team for any showing opportunities
    • Showing Agent shall support Sales Division in all aspects and manners needed to ensure the highest level of customer service for seller and buyers needs. Sales Department shall be the main point of contact.
    • If available, Showing Agent will cover for agents while on vacation or out of the office for extended time periods
    • Showing Agent shall research MLS and preview properties as needed
    • Preview coming soon and/or new to the market, team listings
    • Showing Agent shall arrange house-hunting visits and provide immediate feedback to the lead Sales Agent
    • Showing Agent agrees to participate in home tours, as needed
    • Showing Agent shall keep Buyer Presentation Package maintained and updated

    • Demonstrate good judgment and reasoning in handling daily activities
    • Maintain the confidentiality of the company and activities of the sales team
    • Getting along with company managers, employees, sales associates, industry affiliates, and clients
    • Handling difficult situations with grace
    • Consistently showing the ability to recognize and deal with priorities
    • Must be a problem solver
    • Having regular attendance and being punctual is a must
    • Willing to learn new skills required to perform the job
