Why don’t we… Bring on the Bling!

September 6th, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 108 N Old Litchfield Park Rd, Litchfield Park

Join the Garcia Group for an evening of healing on Wednesday Sept 6th for a great energy healing class. Here is what you’ll need to bring for the sound healing:

  • We recommend showing up about 10 min early to set up your space
  • yoga mat
  • 2-3 blankets for comfort and support
  • pillow or bolster
  • and we encourage you to bring anything you need to feel comfortable and supported. (Keep in mind you will be laying down for this meditation, so anything you need to remain comfortable lying on the floor)

Ideal set up : Mat with a blanket on top, bolster or pillow under knees for lower back, small pillow or blanket for head or rolled up under the neck for support, a blanket to go on top of you. Your body temperature will drop as you become more relaxed.

Geeks Who Drink Trivia Night at Tap Savvy

July 19th – September 27th, Recuring Weekly on Wednesdays, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM | Tap Savvy, 13000 W Indian School Rd, Litchfield Park, AZ, 85340

Modeled after pub quizzes in Ireland and the U.K., Geeks Who Drink is an authentic homegrown trivia quiz. It’s a great way to drink with friends, without burning brain cells. And it’s where useless knowledge means everything. Our quizzes cover everything from Hungary to The Hunger Games, from science to sports, from the Billboard Hot 100 to Better Call Saul. Each quiz consists of seven rounds of eight questions each, in a variety of formats, including audio and visual rounds. Teams can be up to six players, so bring your smartest friends (or some likable dummies)—or come solo. We can always help you join a team! No reservations needed, just show up! Winning teams get bar cash and other prizes, depending on the venue. Bonus questions sprinkled throughout the quiz will net you additional goodies. But mostly it’s about establishing your dominance—or at least pleasantly surprising yourself. You’re into that, right?
