Here are a few activities you can do with your kiddos this holiday weekend!
EGG AND SPOON RACE
With hard boil eggs balance an egg on a spoon and each person races holding the spoon, with the egg, trying not to drop the egg.
JELLY BEAN GUESSING GAMES
Fill up a jar full of jelly beans and each family member guesses how many are in the jar. The closest guess without going over wins!
READ EASTER AND SPRING CHILDREN’S BOOKS
Gather the kids and curl up with a good book and enjoy your bonding time.
PLANT FLOWERS
Easter symbolizes rebirth, so what better day to plant some tulips or daffodils with your budding gardener?
DECORATE AN EGG TREE
Decorate a tree in your front, or back yard, with plastic Easter eggs and any other spring décor.
MAKE CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Melt your Easter chocolates to make a chocolate fondue to dip your marshmallow chicks and fresh fruits!
MAKE BRUNCH TOGETHER
Involve your kids in the kitchen by making brunch or dessert items with them for your Easter feast.
THE CLASSIC: EASTER EGG HUNT
Hide Easter eggs around the house and/or in the backyard. Whoever finds the most eggs gets the Easter basket! Spice up this tradition by adding “bonus” eggs that unlock special prizes.
