Meet Brittanie

Owner, Baker, Cake Designer | Goodyear Resident

How did you get started in cake decorating?

“About 10 years ago I took a cake decorating class at Michaels with my mom and grandmother. We started making cakes for our friends and family and it grew from there.”

When did you take the leap from hobby to business?

“I was a nurse for 6 years and baking cakes on the side. It was hard walking away from nursing, but it’s so amazing that I can share something with Abbie that I’ve been working so hard on and leave the business to her one day.”

Who helps you behind the scenes?

“When you look back in our kitchen you’ll find my mom, grandmother and aunt baking away. My partner Zack is the head barista and Abbie (namesake daughter) is always helping where she can.”

What made you decide to open in Litchfield Park?

“I grew up in the West Valley. I live in Goodyear and this is where my friends/family are. This location happen to be available and it was previously a bakery. Everything fell right into place.”
