Erica purchased her first home in Goodyear, AZ, over eleven years ago. She worked for the Arizona Department of Education for ten years. Excelling in customer service, she assisted in coordinating training events for 300+ AZ Educators. While working many long hours, and being a single mother to three beautiful kids, she decided to attend college part-time to work towards a business degree. Erica knows that hard work & dedication will open new opportunities.

In 2020, she obtained three business degrees, 4 business certificates and studied to become a licensed AZ Real Estate Agent. Erica and her husband are newlyweds. They were featured in the Aug. 2020 West Valley View, as they purchased a new home together for their new blended family. She is always setting goals and working hard until she reaches them.

Full of determination to see what her new career has in store for her. Erica is excited to have joined The Garcia Group.
