4th of July Celebration

July 4th is just a few weeks away… it’s time to celebrate Independence Day! To honor the original 13 states, The Garcia Group has curated a list of local firework events around the valley. We encourage you to pick and choose your favorites or spend the holiday tackling the whole list for an unforgettable weekend of summer fun! 

Firework Displays

First at the Fountain | Friday, July 1st | 7 pm – 9:30 pm with fireworks to follow. Put on your red, white, and blue and join friends and neighbors at Fountain Park on Friday, July 1, 2022, to celebrate Independence Day in Fountain Hills at our FIRST at the Fountain celebration! The festivities will kick off at 7:00 pm with music and prizes. Rock Lobster will be performing from 7:30-9:00 pm. The evening will conclude with a majestic fireworks display at 9:00 PM over the Park’s picturesque Fountain Lake. The world-famous fountain will be lit up with red, white, and blue. Location: 12925 N Saguaro Boulevard, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268 (Admission is free. Celebrate America at Pleasant Harbor | Sunday, July 3rd, 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm with Fireworks to follow. More info in the following weeks will be released! Location: 8708 W. Harbor Blvd. Peoria, AZ 85383. Click here for more event info

Red, White & BOOM at the Wigwam | Monday, July 4th  | 7 pm – 8:30 pm with fireworks to follow: Get ready for a Fourth of July celebration to remember, complete with the DJ spinning great tunes, delicious American fare, and of course, a spectacular fireworks show. Location: The Wigwam 300 E. Wigwam Blvd.Litchfield Park, AZ 85340 (Admission is free. Food & Drink will be available to purchase). Click for more event info

Firework Spectacular at Tumbleweed Park | Monday, July 4th | 7:00 – 9:30 pm | With fireworks to follow. Summer traditions in Chandler include time at the poolindoor activitiescooling off with a frozen treat and of course, fireworks! Celebrate America’s independence at the annual 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular at Tumbleweed Park for a classic summer evening celebrating freedom, fireworks, and fun in Chandler. Location: 2250 S. Scottsdale 4th of July Celebration at Westworld | Monday, July 4th  | 5 pm – 9:30 pm with Arizona’s LARGEST fireworks shows to follow. This annual family-favorite event returns to WestWorld of Scottsdale for its 9th year! The patriotic celebration, produced by R Entertainment and M Culinary, is full of cool, indoor family fun featuring a bull-riding; mutton busting for children; renowned dog show “The Canine Stars Stunt Dog Show” featured on America’s Got Talent; performances by Disney characters from feature film Encanto; lively games such as the Cha-Cha Slide, chicken dance and more; old-fashioned cakewalks, and fabulous food. Location: WestWorld of Scottsdale16601 N Pima Rd Scottsdale, AZ, 85260. Arizona Celebration of Freedom 2022 in Mesa | Monday, July 4th | 6 pm – 10 pm with fireworks at approximately 9:30 pm. Celebrate our Independence by attending Mesa’s traditional offering of a spectacular firework show! As the fireworks are being displayed, tune into 94.5 KOOL-FM to hear patriotic music as you enjoy the booming celebration of the holiday! You will enjoy the live music, car show, stunt show, beer garden, All-American food court, and more! Parking is Free or you can avoid the congestion and take the Light Rail Train, it is just a short 2-block walk from the station at Main & Center north to the event site. Location:  Mesa Convention Center 263 N. Center Street Downtown Mesa. Admission is Free. 

Chandler’s All-American Bash | Monday, July 4th | 7 pm – 9:30 pm This event will not have fireworks but great activities for all ages! Enjoy free-of-charge yard games for all attendees to enjoy including connect 4, Checkers, and more. Glitter tattoos and balloon art will be available for the kiddos free of charge. There will be a 60-minute musical performance featuring Cold Shott & the Hurricane Horns from 7:05 pm to 8:05 pm and 8:25 pm to 9:25 pm. Attendees are welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks, coolers, canopies, umbrellas, blankets, lawn chairs, etc. Dogs must be on a leash, although recommended they stay home. Location: Dr. A.J.
